AMC Fabrication Services

Applied Machinery Corporation has a unique capability for fabrication geared toward the drilling industry. We are capable of fabricating at all of our five facilities if needed. Our full time fabrication shops are located at 18734 E. Hardy Rd, 7705 Wright Rd, and our Dial Steel 7607 Wright Rd location, which is also capable of specialty fabrication. Our shops are equipped with overhead cranes, experienced welders and the tools/equipment  to complete any fabrication job desired to your specification.

AMC can fabricate to customer supplied drawings or AMC's drawings which which have evolved over time to meet the needs of our customer today. AMC enforces the highest quality on every job no matter how big or small. To meet your company needs we have a staff prepared to work around the clock to get your fabrication in the time frame you need. Our state-of-the-art facilities and highly skilled welders can handle all of your fabrication needs, to get your rig drilling better for future jobs to come.

At Applied Machinery fabrication services we can fabricate your:

 

	Mast & Substructures 650K, 750K, 1M, 1.3M, 1.5M and 2M Hook Load Masts all built at our Wright Rd. facility. This facility has the full capability to build several mast and substructures at once. It also has a small pad in the rig-up yard for assembly.
	Mud Systems 1000BBL, 1500BBL, 2000BBL and 2500BBL Mud Systems built at several of our fabrication locations. We are capable of fabricating any design of mud system with a quick turnaround delivery time. We do have our own design, but can accommodate any drilling company's requirements.
	Water Tank & Fuel Tanks We can build rectangle or round water tanks for almost any capacity. We also offer fuel tanks in the capacity of 13,000 Gallon, 18,000 Gallon and 16,500 Gallon. We can accommodate with a custom size skid as well with room for fuel or water accessories.
	Pipe Racks, Pipe Bins, Rig Mats and Catwalks We can build pipe racks at 18", 42" or any height required by the drilling company. Our pipe bins are long enough to hold a joint of drill pipe and big enough to carry 40,000 Lbs. You can also stack the pipe bins if needed. Our catwalks come in all different sizes. Our Rig mats can fit any rigs need.
	Change/Parts House & Doghouses When you need a house with more functions that one, our change and parts house is what you need. Very sturdy and functional. Our doghouses are some of the most sought after in the industry because of their porch area and sliding doors.
	Mud Gas Separator & Skid New mud gas separator with or without skid. Skid is 10'x40'. Degasser dimensions are 4'x20'. Separator has a 20" inspection port, 8" mud inlet, 6" choke inlet, 12" drain and an 8" pipe to flare line. It is capable of folding over on skid.
	Engine Generator Skids New Engine Generator Skids for Standard Land Rig arrangements. These can accommodate Caterpillar, Cummins or Detroit Engine/generator arrangements. Blasted and painted with 1-coat of epoxy, 1-coat of polyurethane per the customer requested color.
	Closing Unit/Junk Bin Skid New skid with an area for a closing unit under a curved roof. The skid also has a bin area on the otehr side of the skid for rig extras. This is a handy bin to have during rig moves. Blasted and painted with 1-coat of epoxy, 1-coat of polyurethane per the customer requested color.
